Beginning Does Not Equal the End
incubator- an apparatus with a chamber used to provide controlled environmental conditions especially for the cultivation, care or protection of a microorganism
The most commonly known type of an incubator is a baby incubator. This incubator helps to care for, and protect, weak babies. Unknown to many, there is another type of incubator. This type serves the same purpose, but it's not for weak babies. This type involves one's characteristics, or even gifts.
We all have specific strengths, or gifts. But, many people make the mistake of assuming that once you have a gift you are meant to always have the gift. Gifts are only meant to serve a current purpose, a season. (An example exists in Jesus's disciples TEMPORARY ability to heal. Or, today, a doctors inconsistent ability to incubate.) We do not know what gifts has intended for us. No situation is greater than God. So, no situation can take God's gifts. But, many times, we become so infatuated with our own conclusions, of the gifts, that we put the blame on something that can't tell of it's purpose: a situation.
In actuality, God uses situations as incubators. God may put you in situations with the purpose of cultivating a specific gift. It may appear, to us, that 'all is lost'. All we see is everything wrong that the situation produces. The whole time, God is working. After the construction period, you realize that you're looking at a masterpiece.
No one ever knows God's endings results. You can scream, of fear, on the loops, drops and fast turns, but it's a roller coaster. If you can survive those, God will bring you safely to the end. Unlearn.
