I try to help people to get to a higher 'level'. So, being that I always try to be the best, I am motivated to 'pass' them. In a way, I create my own motivation. The only problem is that many people see that I am trying to get them higher and they figure that they no longer have to try hard. Very few see what I do as an opportunity. Not an opportunity to settle, but an opportunity to upgrade. Some people are 'okay' with the 'level' that they are on and do not ever want to upgrade. I am not saying that I am on a higher level than most people. I just try to help people WANT and TRY to continuously upgrade. Many people WANT to upgrade, but they do not want to TRY.
One definition of insanity, by Albert Einstein, is: doing the same things over and over, and expecting a different result. Some TRY, to upgrade, by doing the same things. So, is that really trying. It seems to be 'human nature' to take a 'step back' occasionally. But, what matters is, after, do you make-it-up by taking a step forward, make-it-up and take an extra step forward or don't step forward at all. Unlearn.
